According to the two weeks dice report, we found the dice game odds are too high, in order to long-term running this game, we decided to reduce the odds, 

The max odds changed from 15.68x to 14.4x

Please note, we may change the odds again in the future according to the dice report. Finally make sure the balance between winning and losing.
