Considering that the community has a large opinion on the current mining rules, and while seeking community opinions, after careful consideration, We decided to make the following change to the mining rules: 

1. In order to encourage everyone to promote, the referral bonus is changed from one level of 10% to three levels 10% - 5% - 5% 

2. The mining ratio is changed to 0.1 

3. The daily dividend will be based on the current circulating supply and the dividend is still 80% of the transaction fee. 

4. Considering the trading activity of the CATT trading pair, the CATT trading pair only retains CATT/BTC, CATT/ETH, CATT/USDT. 

The new rule will start from Aug 25 02:00 (UTC time)
