From now on, only the investors who holding more than 1millions CATT are able to enjoy zero fees for TRX based market

That means if you holding less than 1millions CATT, there will be 0.1% transaction fee when you trading in TRX based market

Please note this rules only apply for TRX based market. 

for BTC, ETH, USDT based market, the transaction fee is still 0.1%
