According to the suggestion of community and after long period discussion, we decide to make some changes for the mining rules.

1. Change mining referral bonus from 10% to 0% 

2. Change mining bonus from 5% to 10% (7.5% will be locked for 30 days, 2.5% will be released in realtime), 

3. Change the selling fee from 5% to 0.1%

4. Change hourly mining limitation to 75,000 

The changes will take effect on May 24th 10:00 AM (UTC)
