1. The status of the your withdrawal record is "EMAIL CONFIRM" means that you need to confirm your withdrawal by email. The steps are as follows:  First log in to your catex account, then open a new tab in the browser, log in to your mailbox under this new tab, then find the withdrawal confirmation email and click "Confirm" button. 


2. If you get a "parameter error" message when you click confirm button in the email, please contact us via telegram to cancel the withdrawal for you. This is usually caused by some parameters error. 


3. The status of the withdrawal record is CONFIRMING, indicating that your withdrawal has been submitted to the blockchain, waiting for the blockchain confirmation.The confirmation time will be different for different tokens. Bitcoin usually takes 10-20 minutes, sometimes longer. Ethereum usually takes 1-3 minutes usually longer. So please be patient. please be understand we cant control blockchain


4. The status of the withdrawal record is APPROVING or PROCESSING, indicating that your withdrawal is being manually approved and processed. Under normal circumstances, if your withdrawal is more than 5 times within 24 hours, or the withdrawal operation triggers our abnormal detection system, it will be manually  approved and processed.
