Based on feedback and suggestion from the community. We will make the following change for the catex mining rules: 

1. The max catt be able to mine daily will be 8 millions. So the max catt be able to mine houly will be 8000000/24 = 333333. Once the houly mined CATT reach this amount. The mining will be stopped automatically. So please join the mining as soon as possible. 

For example. Member A houly can be mind CATT is 50000, Member B houly can be mind CATT is 10000, from time 09:00 - 10:00 the total CATT can be mined is 333333, Member A joined mining and Member B not joined. if the mind CATT amouont reached 333333 at time 09:30, then all members will not be able to mine include member B 

2. Three referral bonus (10%-5%-5%) will be changed to one level bonus 10% 

3. The referral bonus (10%) and mining bonus (10%) will be locked for one month, the transaction fees 100% returned CATT will not be locked.

4. The minimum CATT trading amount will be reduced from 5000 to 1000. 

5. Perform weekly buyback and burun. We will buy back on every Monday and burn on every Tuesday, Minimum buyback price will be at 0.03$ (Buyback and burn amount will be announced on Tuesday). 

We will go live the change at time 12:00 AM on Sep 25 (UTC time)
