Our attention has been drawn to the ongoing fud circulating online. 

Recently, our system detected an abnormal activities on 29th July. The user used system vulnerabilities which caused our API to malfunction. After the irregular activity the user tried to withdraw the funds which our system detected and alerted us. We had to suspend their account, and we have told them that we will only return their fund which they have deposited, and their accounts will be permanently suspended. so they continued to spread FUD on telegram and bitcointalk, but we will not compromise, once again we reiterate that we will not tolerate Any abnormal operating behavior on our platform. We assure our community that there funds are Safe. All funds are deposited on offline wallet (cold wallet). 

Catex started from August 2018, we have encountered a lot of difficulties we have never stopped working to make catex one of the most secure and convenient trading platform, we have one of the best support team, we have never withheld or locked any users funds, we are still making continuous efforts to make catex better. No catex user have ever had their account suspended and will never happen. Any attempt to bully the team will not work. We assure the community well keep working to develop and meet our roadmap.
