Currently 300K CATT was mined out within 5 minutes. Its too fast. In order to make sure more investor can take park in mining. after get the agreement of community. We have changed the personal hourly limit to 30K.  

For example,  if you hold 10000 CATT, you can mine 1000 CATT (0.1 mining ratio),  if you hold 100000 CATT, you can mine 10000 CATT (0.1 mining ratio),  if you hold 1000000 CATT, you can mine 30000 CATT (0.1 mining ratio and personal hourly limit is 30000)

We will continue check the mining situation to decide whether need to add personal max mining daily limit.
