Recently we received some members account were hacked. Let me explain why this situation will occur.

1. Usually if you ever register some other ICO or crypto related website with the same email and password, maybe your account info will not be safe any more. Because the website is not safe or these kind of website sell your account info. 

2. You have ever entered the wrong official website of ICO or crypto related project. then your account has been hacked.

We strongly suggest you enable your google auth login as soon as possible or change a never used password

Also please note that our official website is https://www.catex.io/   and our team members or customer service will never ask your password for any issue. Remember dont give your password to anybody.
