Q: Why my orders can't be filled? When my orders will be filled?

A: For this question, it's up to your what price you placed, there are 16 orders you can see from the order books. The S1 and B1 is the best order (or best price) which will be filled with the highest priority. That means if you want to be filled fast, you should make sure your order be S1 or B1.

Q: How to make sure my order be filled immediately?

A: If you want to buy, you should place your order with the price same as the price S1 order.  If you want to sell, you should place your order with the price same as the price B1 order. Then your orders will be matched and filled immediately. But please note, for some pairs, there maybe a big difference with the price S1 and B1, so when you buy or sell, you should check the price carefully.
